COVID-19 Update

Following our temporary closure, we are looking to reopen GEM Compliance Training on Monday 1st June 2020, if the government moves the nation to Step 2. We have provisionally scheduled in a wide range of First Aid public courses starting from Thursday 11th June 2020 onwards which will take place mainly at our COVID-19 secure venues in Bradford, Halifax and Keighley.

The health and well-being of our delegates and dedicated team will be a priority, which is why our upcoming public courses will be run in a COVID-19 secure venue with hand sanitisation stations, reduced attendee numbers and social distancing measures in place. We want to reassure all delegates before attending, that we are taking extra steps to ensure the protection of attendees on our courses to maintain high standards concerning hygiene through this time. We have always maintained the highest standards of cleanliness with all our training equipment, but in addition to our usual hygiene processes which include regularly using disinfectant wipes and changing manikin lungs, we are also now offering all delegates the opportunity to use a face shield. Currently, guidance from the Resuscitation Council recommend that training, including mouth to mouth resuscitation, still goes ahead as long as good hygiene is followed.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
