Gavin Milligan

Hi, I am Gavin and I work alongside GEM's Director of Operations Alice Brooksbank, together we manage and oversee the operations of GEM as well as supporting the GEM team so all parts of the business operates to the highest standard, ensuring GEM gives the best level of service to all our customers. I have been working in the training industry for over 15 years working in a variety of Management roles.

My previous roles included managing and supporting the delivery of apprenticeships and contracts in various sectors such as Hospitality, Child/Adult Care, Management, Customer Service, Administration and Retail. I have also previously overseen and supported the delivery of compliance training courses including Food Safety, Personal Licence and First Aid. Earlier on in my career in the training industry I was a Trainer Assessor delivering various Apprenticeships mainly in the Business and Commerce sector.

In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my family at home, which includes my 5 year old son Declan and my baby girl Grace. I also like to keeping fit, mainly running, to keep up with my children! I also enjoy walking and playing golf when the weather is fine!
