Gavin Milligan

Gavin is GEM's Managing Director and alongside GEM's Director of Operations Alice, they manage and oversee the operations of GEM as well as supporting the GEM team so all parts of the business operates to the highest standard, ensuring GEM gives the best level of service to all our customers.

Gavin has been working in the training industry for over ten years working in a variety of Management roles and has achieved his Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Gavin’s previous roles include managing and supporting the delivery of apprenticeships and contracts in various sectors such as Hospitality, Child/Adult Care, Management, Customer Service, Administration and Retail. He has also previously overseen and supported the delivery of compliance training courses including Food Safety, Personal Licence and First Aid. Earlier on in Gavin’s career he was a Trainer Assessor delivering various Apprenticeships mainly in the Business and Commerce sector and he is qualified to Level 3 in Teaching and Assessing qualifications.

In his free time Gavin enjoys spending quality time with his young son, Declan. He also likes to go out socialising with friends, keeping fit, walking and playing golf when the weather is fine!
