Check out the different funding available below, that could see you access up to £25,000 to spend on Training and Development for you and your team as part of the CITB Skills and Training Fund. In addition to this, you could also be eligible for Short Course Grants and Qualification Grants giving you a very generous contribution to over 1500 CITB approved qualifications which includes First Aid at Work and Mental Health First Aid as well as the full range of CITB courses.

CITB have increased the grants for NVQ qualifications, to support construction workers transition from an Industry Accredited card (awarded under Grandfather Rights) to a qualification.

Small, Micro & Medium businesses can apply for up to £25,000 to invest in training and equip your workforce to face the future – no matter how small your business is.

This CITB Grant makes a contribution to a course place that can save you as much as 90% off a course place and there are 1520 short courses on the eligible list. For example you can claim £140 back for a First Aid at Work course place which means you will only pay as little as £20 for this course place once you have claimed your CITB grant!

This CITB funding has been put in place to support construction workers transition from an Industry Accredited card (awarded under Grandfather Rights) to a qualification. This funding is mainly aimed at Management and Supervision NVQ’s for people looking to apply for a Gold Supervisory CSCS Cards or a Black Management CSCS Card, These short qualifications can be completed onsite within your organisation and range from 6 – 12 months to complete. It has never been a better time within the industry to take advantage of the above, and upskill your workforce, stay compliant, at a fraction of the cost to your organisation.

You can apply for CITB Funding if you are a CITB-registered employer and up to date with Levy return.

Yes! You can claim the CITB Short Course Grants and CITB Short Qualification Grants as well as the CITB Skills and Training Fund, which will make your funding go even further. Working with GEM on this, we would ensure this Is maximised for you to ensure your funding goes as far as it can.

Don’t worry, it is easy to register – and dependent upon the size of your business, you may be exempt from Levy payments, or be eligible for a 50% reduction.
