Do you work with children and need to have a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid qualification that fully meets Ofsted & EYFS requirements?
Then this course should be right for you!
Having the correct Paediatric First Aid provision is not only a statutory requirement for the majority of childcare providers, it is extremely important for the safety of children. Our Paediatric First Aid Level 3 course is ideal for those who work or intend to work in a childcare setting as it has been specifically designed to fulfil Ofsted’s first aid requirements for early years teachers, nursery workers and childminders (as defined within the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage 2014 and within the Child Care Register guide).
This is a 12 hour course which we generally run over 2 days or 4 x 3 hour sessions. Successful delegates will learn the roles and responsibilities of the paediatric first aider, and will be equipped with the necessary skills to administer safe and effective treatment when dealing with a range of paediatric first aid situations. Assessment is ongoing by our First Aid trainer and upon successful completion of this course attendees will be awarded a nationally recognised Ofqual regulated certificate valid for 3 years.
Only £65 plus vat per person!
(price includes awarding body certification, a Paediatric First Aid handbook to keep and exclusive access to our annual refresher video training)
